Marc Corbière obtained a Bachelor in Ergonomy as well as a Master and DESS in Social and Work Psychology at Université de Toulouse Le Mirail (France). He holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at Université de Montréal (Québec) and held post-doctoral positions in social psychiatry at both McGill University and The University of British Columbia (Canada). Marc Corbière is a Professor at the Department of Education – Career Counselling at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and a senior researcher at the Research Centre of the Institut Universitaire de Santé Mentale de Montréal (IUSMM). Holder of the Research Chair in Mental Health and Work, his research program aims to develop, implement and evaluate interventions/tools related to this area of research, as well as analyzing the notion of “disclosure” and its impacts in the workplace. Pr. Corbière developed several international collaborations with researchers and clinicians from diverse countries allowing him to compare research results from different contexts, such as Australia, Europe, and the USA.
